BeBetterDaily was created for people who are doing “all the right things” – working hard, showing up for everyone else – but still crawling into bed exhausted… and then not sleeping.

If you’ve ever stared at the ceiling at 2am, scrolled your phone in the dark, or woken up feeling just as tired as when you went to bed, you’re in the right place.

Here, I focus on three things:

1. Healthy sleep habits (without perfectionism)


Simple, realistic changes you can actually keep – from evening wind-down rituals to smarter screen use, light exposure and caffeine timing. No 20-step routines, no guilt.

2. Natural, gentle sleep support


I explore natural tools and supplements that can support your sleep – always with honest pros and cons, and never as “magic fixes”. Your body and mind matter more than any quick hack.

3. Mindful living that supports better rest


Sleep doesn’t exist on its own. Stress, time management, mindset and digital overload all affect how you sleep. That’s why you’ll also find content on mindfulness, healthy habits and living more intentionally.

My goal with BeBetterDaily is simple:
